Aitrix Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Aitrix, a Discord bot personally operated by Del Argent from Norway ("we", "us", "our", or "the operator").
By inviting Aitrix to a Discord server, using Aitrix's commands, accessing an Aitrix web service or panel, or otherwise using Aitrix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Aitrix.
2. Discord
Aitrix is an independently developed Discord application. Aitrix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Discord Inc.
Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own terms, privacy policy, community guidelines, and other applicable policies. You must be permitted to use Discord under Discord's applicable terms and minimum-age requirements in order to use Aitrix.
3. Aitrix Services
Aitrix may provide features including server moderation and warnings, tickets and reports, XP and ranking systems, virtual coins and economy features, server configuration, welcome and member-role functionality, suggestions, utility commands, entertainment and roleplay commands, logging, and web-based account or management functionality.
Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time. Some functionality requires specific Discord permissions or configuration.
4. Server Owners and Administrators
By inviting Aitrix to a Discord server, you confirm that you have the necessary authority or permission to add and configure the bot.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring Aitrix appropriately and for ensuring that their use of Aitrix complies with applicable laws, Discord's rules, and their own server policies.
Server administrators and moderators are responsible for decisions made using Aitrix's moderation, logging, warning, ticket, report, economy, and other administrative functionality.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not intentionally use Aitrix to:
- Violate applicable law or Discord's applicable rules and policies;
- Abuse, exploit, disrupt, overload, or interfere with Aitrix or its infrastructure;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Aitrix, its database, credentials, or hosting systems;
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for malicious purposes;
- Circumvent restrictions or suspensions imposed by the operator;
- Impersonate Aitrix, its operator, or staff; or
- Facilitate fraud, spam, harassment, or other unlawful activity.
Access may be restricted or terminated where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or where restriction is necessary to protect Aitrix, its users, or its infrastructure.
6. Moderation Features
Aitrix provides tools that Discord server staff may use for warnings, mutes, kicks, bans, message management, nicknames, roles, and similar actions.
Moderation decisions are generally made by the relevant Discord server's staff and not by the operator of Aitrix. Aitrix may store moderation information necessary to provide these features, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. XP, Coins, Ranks and Virtual Economy
Aitrix XP, coins, ranks, and similar virtual values have no real-world monetary value, are not cryptocurrency or legal tender, do not represent ownership of a real-world asset, and cannot be redeemed through Aitrix for real money.
They may be modified, reset, removed, or discontinued where necessary. Features such as slots use only Aitrix's virtual currency and do not involve wagering real money through Aitrix.
8. Availability and Changes
Aitrix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Aitrix will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every server configuration.
Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, network issues, Discord or API changes, database outages, bugs, security incidents, or other circumstances.
9. Privacy and Data
Use of Aitrix may involve the processing and storage of Discord account information, server information, configuration, XP, virtual currency, moderation information, and authentication information.
The categories of information processed, purposes for processing, retention practices, and deletion methods are explained in the Aitrix Privacy Policy below.
10. Removal From a Server
When Aitrix is removed from a Discord server, Aitrix is designed to automatically delete information associated with that guild from its database.
This may include server configuration and server-specific information such as XP, virtual coin balances, and moderation information. Deleted information may not be recoverable.
11. Individual Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of information associated with their Discord account as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion may include XP, virtual coins, account information, authentication information, and other records associated with the requesting user's Discord ID or identifying account information.
12. Security
You must not attempt to obtain or access authentication tokens, database credentials, private infrastructure, source systems, or information that you are not authorized to access.
If you discover a security vulnerability affecting Aitrix, you are encouraged to report it privately to Del Argent or through Hitrux support.
13. Third-Party Services
Aitrix relies on third-party services, including Discord and MongoDB. Individual commands or features may also rely on additional third-party APIs or services.
14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aitrix is provided without guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, suitability for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
The operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of, inability to use, interruption of, or modification of Aitrix, including loss of XP, virtual coins, ranks, server configuration, or other bot-related data.
15. Suspension and Termination
Users may stop using Aitrix at any time, and authorized server administrators may remove Aitrix from their server at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to abuse, security threats, exploitation attempts, violations of these Terms or Discord's rules, legal requirements, or technical and operational requirements.
16. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when Aitrix's functionality, operation, policies, or legal obligations change. The Last Updated date above indicates the most recent revision.
17. Governing Law
Aitrix is personally operated by Del Argent from Norway. These Terms are governed by applicable Norwegian law, subject to mandatory rights or legal protections that may apply based on a user's circumstances or country of residence.
